Ensures smooth operations that are compliant with all levels of governmental agencies, company policies, procedures; Manage and maintain a strong and effective partnership with clinical stakeholdersYou WillDevelop and grow an effective team of product managers, engineers, and analysts to support the portfolio of product.Partner with the business to ensure that their needs are appropriately met for Pharmacy, Utilization and Case Management systems,Design our current and future state technology blueprint by understanding the needs of key stakeholders in care delivery that is integrated with a health plan.Understand the market/customer challenges and provide effective technology solutions to introduce and improve efficiency.Drive product management philosophy and culture.Identify and evaluate best-of-breed technology vendors to select those best suited for our needs and negotiate contracts with those selected partners that promote products that will have the greatest benefit for clinicians and patients.Build scalable solutions to support fast-paced growth.Lead, define, and design cloud infrastructure strategy and approach.Manage vendors on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with contracts and service level agreements; troubleshoot technical problems as they arise to minimize disruption.Leverage emerging technology like AI/ML to bring new ideas for improving existingBe a quick learner and comfortable diving into a subject matter area; Proactively identifies key problems/risks and recommends solutions; Communicates (written and verbal) effectively to internal audiences.Builds strong partnerships with other department leads and established trust and an open culture for continuous collaboration.Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching and counseling employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures and Closely tying product innovation and improvement to company goalsContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Other duties as assigned.Your QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent level of experience5-7 years of related experience5 years of leadership experienceLeadership - Skilled to develops othersBusiness Insight - In-Depth understanding of the businessProblem Solving - Good problem-solving skillsStrategic Mindset - Creates strategies to sustain competitive advantageWhat's in it for you?Base Salary Range: $147,900 to $236,600 annuallyAn annual employee bonus programRobust Wellness ProgramGenerous paid-time-off (PTO)Ten paid holidays per year, plus 2 additional floating holidayExcellent 401(k) Retirement Saving Plan with employer matchRobust employee recognition programTuition reimbursementAn opportunity to become part of a team that makes a difference to our members and our community every day!We're always looking for talented people to join our team!
