Job Description

Our client, an international distribution company in the Wooster, has an immediate need for an eCommerce Customer Service Specialist to join their growing team.  There you will work in a team oriented and fast paced environment while ensuring the highest level of customer service as they transition to a new eCommerce platform. As our ideal candidate you will have 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment, excellent technical skills, and high attention to detail.
Job duties include:
• Assisting new and existing clients in getting set up on the new eCommerce platform
• Interacting with customers over phone, both inbound and outbound, as well as email
• Working interdepartmentally to ensure correct information is loaded in the platform
• Troubleshooting customer platform issues
• Additional duties as needed
Background required includes:
• Previous customer service or project management experience
• Strong technical skills
• Proficient in MS Office including advanced Excel
• Must be able to work collaboratively in a strong team environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
