Responsibilities & Qualifications

Due to continuous growth, we are seeking a Route Driver to join our team in Franklin,WI.

Monday -Friday, Weekly paid (Range$800.00 -$1,400.00 based on experience) with the potential to transition to a commissioned route

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage route to maximize efficiency, productivity and revenue
  • Manage load outs, inventories, quality-stains/damage
  • Load unload/truck: organize products; invoices, inventory, maintain route books
  • Truck Maintenance: timely communication of repairs, preventative maintenance, accidents
  • Work directly with customers to ensure customer service, inventory, and quality control is maintained

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to drive commercial motor vehicle, 26' box truck, for up to 10 hours on a daily basis
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds on a frequent basis

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 3 years' of driver experience
  • Sense of direction/knowledge of area
  • Professional Appearance
  • Strong customer service/communication skills
