Human Resources Director

Tech based consulting Greenwich, CT (On Site) Full-Time

A leading global technology-based consulting firm in Greenwich, CT is looking to hire an energetic Human Resources Director. This company is publicly traded, and this role will report to the C-Suite.

This role is open due to a promotion and will oversee a team of 2 and cooperate with other team of 30 HR professionals. This company offers fantastic benefit package with unlimited PTO.

Title: Human Resources Director

Hybrid schedule (3-4 days in the office)

Hours: 8-5 (flexible)


  • Great energetic personality
  • Experience in professional services a must (i.e. law firm, financial services, tech, hedge fund, logistics companies background)
  • 10+ years in HR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
  • Well versed in HR compliance, legislation and best practices
