Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is currently looking to speak with Boston area candidates who would be a good fit for roles with the specifications below:

Responsibilities: Communicate any changes and development regarding benefits and provisions to employees Organize and schedule interviews across multiple time zones for candidates and team members Oversee onboarding and offboarding for incoming and outgoing employees Create, update, and maintain accurate personnel records and human resources related files including new hire paperwork, job changes, manager changes, promotions, and payroll changes Remain on the pulse of company culture to foster workplace relationships and support retention efforts of current employees Assist with administration of employee benefits plans including healthcare, life, disability, and other health and welfare benefits programs Aid with the continuous audits of all Human Resources processes, policies, and programs to ensure compliance with country-specific employment laws Support the annual employee performance evaluation process and provide feedback and development for current procedures Adhere to information security and privacy policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines while ensuring all teams are in compliance





Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required 4+ years of experience in a role related to Human Resources; management experience is a plus Effective Human Resources administration, performance management savvy and people management skills Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with Massachusetts employment laws, Human Resources laws and regulations, and laws associated with unions highly preferred An independent and motivated self-starter
