  • Own procurement operation responsibilities, inventory management, purchase order management and Supplier management. 
  • Lead supplier management KPI and metrics reporting and work with senior stakeholders to find and understand deviation and improvement opportunities
  • Drive the business forward by strengthening partnerships with our suppliers and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • Align on key performance metrics with internal customers (i.e. Category Management, Sales, Design & Tech), develop dashboards, monitor performance and measure against industry benchmarks to identify improvement opportunities
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to transform the procurement organization
  • Partner with the Category Management team to manage and maintain supplier scorecards
  • Work in partnership with internal customers and suppliers to develop innovative solutions to best support company business needs
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and track procurement metrics including areas of supplier performance, operational efficiencies and benefits capture to drive procurement strategy
  • Contribute to the development of company standards operating procedures including the procure to pay (P2P) process, information systems and strategic objectives
  • Own daily management and execution of the purchase order process including PO creation, approval, dispatch, goods delivery, three-way matching and closure

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Relevant Areas of Focus includes Business Management/Economics/Finance/Supply Chain Management/Procurement)
  • MBA a plus
  • 1-3 years relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, finance, operations or logistics
  • Knowledge of procurement methods, technologies and processes.
  • Ability to analyze and improve a procurement organization
  • Ability to analyze procurement and financial data to understand trends within a business and to leverage that information to identify insights that result in process efficiencies or cost savings
  • Strong analytical, business process and problem solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in procurement systems and analytics tools (ERPs: SAP Ariba / Oracle, MS Office, Google Docs, SQL, etc.)
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented work ethic
  • Effective time management, project management and organizational skills
  • “Hustler” mindset with ability of taking lead on special initiatives including strategic sourcing, contract management and procurement operations
  • A Go-Getter personality with a “can do” attitude capable of working in a fast paced, deadline driven business environment
