  • 100% (80 hours in a 2 week pay period)
  • This position will not have a set schedule.  This position will get their schedule 6 weeks in advance of the pay period.
  • Can be scheduled 2 weekends out of a 6 week rotation if needed.  Since it is a flexible schedule for our needs, there is a premium pay over base pay.


  • Must have an OHIO RN licensure through state board of nursing
  • ACLS certification or must obtain within 1 year
  • PALS certification or must obtain within 2 years
  • NIHStroke Scale certification or must obtain during orientation
  • DOT and Breath Alcohol certification or must obtain at first available class after hire.
  • Cardiac monitor experience helpful

Essential Job Duties:

Triage patients entering the ED.  Perform physical assessment and carry out treatments which may include but is not limited to IV starts, blood draw for lab, medication administration, OCL application, performing EKG's, and dressing application.  Education of patient and family.  Respond to emergency situations and start treatment.  Able to perform CPR, lift and transfer equipment as necessary to provide patient care.  Collaboration with the ED physician on plan of care for the patient.

Primary work site: Bryan and Montpelier buildings.
