Sales Enablement PM, Finalist Activities - Evernorth Health Services - Remote

**Position Summary**
The Sales Enablement PM assists Evernorth sales and account management teams through the business acquisition and retention process. This role works closely in cultivating tailored, engaging materials, and digital assets using the Challenger methodology to enable new sales growth and client retention. The PM executes internal processes and makes strategic recommendations while supporting activities in partnership with sales, marketing, and subject matter experts to deliver a differentiated experience. The PM also assists with ad hoc projects as requested by leadership. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively, demonstrate proactivity, juggle multiple tasks, and manage tight deadlines.
**Essential Functions**
+ Manages sales support for assigned Evernorth prospect and client opportunities at finalist stage
+ Builds opportunity-specific presentations to demonstrate organizational commitment and differentiators
+ Enables sales, account management, and subject matter experts to prepare for and execute upon opportunity-specific requirements (i.e., meetings, video conferencing, site visits, lab visits, web demos, leadership interactions)
+ Incorporates bid-level reporting into presentation materials to deliver customized insights
+ Partners with client enablement teams to ensure message consistency across the buying journey
+ Maintains assigned content accuracy through periodic reviews and discussions
+ Works with team leadership to provide quality assurance to outgoing materials
+ Monitors and analyzes team data to inform selling efforts
+ Executes ad hoc projects as requested
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent
+ 5-8 years relevant experience
+ Experience with software applications such as Access, Excel or other PC based database tools.
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills, (i.e., presentation and written, listening, phone).
+ Strong analytical, planning, problem identification and resolution skills required.
+ Effective communication with internal and external individuals in various functional areas and at all levels of management.
+ Ability to plan for and integrate multiple tasks concurrently as well as work independently with minimal direction.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
