A DAY IN THE LIFE OF REGIONAL RECRUITER at Overhead Door Company of St. Louis, a DH Pace Company, includes:
Source, recruit, screen, interview, and hire top talent while continuously building talent pipeline for hourly mechanically inclined technicians/installers/warehouse and administrative office positions, as well as entry level to mid-level management professionals
Develop relationships with high schools, trade schools, colleges and universities for all levels of talent and attend school sponsored career fairs as well as actively participate in coordinating company hosted job fair events to identify and hire talent
Will travel up to eight (8) days/quarter to the Mid-Eastern satellite locations and will also serve as a back-up for the Mid-Western satellite locations.
Position located in St. Louis: 12046 Lackland Rd, St. Louis, MO 63146.
Develop job descriptions, ad writing/placement, receive/process/review resumes, pre-screen applicants, schedule interviews for the hiring managers you support, administer assessments, judge appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
At times when recruiting support is backed-up, you will take the lead on conducting employment reference checking, salary verifications and background checks to ensure hiring decision is not delayed
Utilize Applicant Tracking System, create and maintain applicant files and maintain confidentiality of all applicant information

Career focused Recruiter with a minimum of three (3) years of full life cycle recruiting and sourcing experience used to managing a requisition load of 30+ openings for multiple locations
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Must be an excellent communicator, have strong organizational and time management skills and have experience successfully juggling multiple responsibilities
Must be willing to travel up to eight (8) days/quarter to Mid-Eastern satellite locations, and serve as a back-up for Mid-West satellite locations, for recruiting activities; mileage will be reimbursed for all work-related travel
Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record
