Getronics is looking for a Desktop Support Tech to work onsite at our healthcare client in Hurricane WV.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Follow standard trouble ticketing escalation procedures. Troubleshooting of desktop and internal network issues. Administer user and email accounts. This position will require the use of remote tools to resolve open issues or complete outstanding requests that involve PC hardware, software and peripherals. Ability to articulate in a clear and precise manner and the ability to obtain information quickly and accurately.
KNOWLEDGE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
• Windows 7 & 10 OS, iMac
• ServiceNow/ Remedy or ticket management system experience
• Active Directory
• PC break/fix
• Desktop imaging
• iPhone & Android mobile device support
• Desktop troubleshooting onsite and remote
* 2 years of experience in a Desktop support role
* A+ certified-PLUS
* Level C support experience highly desired
** Up to $25 an hour commensurate of experience. Full time, health benefits, paid time off, holiday pay**
