Job Description

New Business Development Sales – Industry Vertical Print (IVP)

LOCATION: WEST COAST Field-Based (close access to an Airport)

VOLT is looking for a Business Development Professional – Industry Vertical Print, with a proven track record of success in OEM business to business sales and /or business skills that require prospecting for new business. We are looking for a highly motivated professional driven by a hunter mentality and approach in boosting company sales and long-term business growth along the West Coast.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue goal
  • Create and develop C-level relationships inside ISV/SI/VARS and end user accounts in the assigned market
  • Develop relationship maps
  • Professionally present the OKI story, marketing materials and value proposition to prospects
  • Identify customers’ needs and recommend solutions that provide value
  • Report on all sales activities, revenue projections and forecasting requirements
  • Identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities and driving incremental revenue
  • Frequent communications with sales management and customer contacts
  • Daily prospecting for new business opportunities


  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA desirable
  • 5-7 years of demonstrated success
  • Background and expertise in print industry
  • Experience working with direct / indirect channel partners
