We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) that is responsible for presenting a positive, knowledgeable, efficient, and proactive attitude to the customer base.
Responding to inbound phone calls and emails from current and potential customers
Accurately and efficiently entering orders and completing support supporting shipment, product and customer documentation
Interfacing with the sales operations teams to ensure shipments are complete and on schedule
Support the sales team in coordination in new accounts setups, order prep, and delivery
Monitor blanket orders volumes and coordinate follow up with sales
Monitor scheduled order releases each month and communicate with customers
Minimum 3 years customer service experience
Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize
Exceptional phone and customer management skills
Advanced computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Oracle
