Growing international technology equipment company located in West Caldwell, NJ is seeking a Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions for their Headquarters facility. This is a new position open due to growth of the company. Position will be responsible for leading M&A team members across multiple projects by preparing critical and complex financial modeling and / or operational analyses for potential mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Prefer an advanced degree and CFA designation or progress towards a CFA designation. Must have strong experience in company valuation analysis with strong financial analysis skills. Initial background in Investment Banking is also a plus as well. This is a perfect role for an Investment Banking professional looking to make the transition into the corporate world. Must have experience in initiating and leading projects and top communication and presentation skills. Travel up to 50% required to analyze potential acquisition target companies. Must have a bachelor’s degree and prefer an MBA or CFA with 5+ years of relevant M&A experience here. Salary $145-165K range plus bonus and top benefits here.
