LOCATION: San Antonio, TX

SALARY: $100,000-$112,500

JOB SUMMARY: This role will be responsible for the successful implementation and execution of the Texas 10YP Strategy. Position will be the primary Anheuser-Busch point of contact for Silver Eagle Beverage and Tri-City Distributing. The position will be based in San Antonio, TX.


  • Work with the Sr. Commercial Director and wholesaler teams on all issues and sales opportunities relevant to their position including merchandising, marketing, sales, ride-withs and any other relevant plans/actions in the market
  • Communicate results, blueprint priorities, and programs weekly/monthly with wholesaler and Sr. Commercial Director
  • Forecasting reviews with wholesalers and Sr. Commercial Director
  • Trimester planning & strategy implementation
  • Responsible for the execution of trade programs and special events in market
  • Management of the local pricing strategy, communication and implementation
  • Commercial planning & performance management (holistic), including the following: Innovation, Channel, Non-Alc.
  • Routine Wholesaler Joint Business Plan oversight and updates
  • Participate in pilot projects and brand programming on an ad-hoc basis
  • Conduct WPPM and assist on SPR build with Sr. Commercial Director
  • Participate in wholesaler planning & performance routine/meetings with Sr. Commercial Director
  • Full understanding and ability to use tools at your disposal to provide strategic oversight of the business: Hero Analytics, IRI, BIR, VIPR, RMIS, VIP etc.


  • Bachelor’s Degree (emphasis in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is desired)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, IRI, and analytical skills to create information based selling stories.
  • 2-4 years beverage or CPG industry experience(3 tier beverage industry experience preferred)
  • Effective Communication, presentation, follow-up, administrative and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills both external and internal, required
  • Strong Organizational and time management skills needed to manage multiple projects and partners simultaneously.
  • Candidate must demonstrate ambition and ability to work independently as well as collaborate to build a brand adapting and adjusting quickly to understand and overcome obstacles
  • Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Understanding of A-B Wholesaler network/processes – three tier system
