About the Company:
Our client is a business technology management company providing a variety of IT, office, and production hardware as well as consulting services and software. This family owned and operated company is in the need of a motivated Managed Print Associate to add to their sales team.

Job Description:
The purpose of the Entry Level Sales Representative/Managed Print Associate is to grow business in managed print services through hardware sales and service agreements. The role will focus primarily on brand new and net new customer development within their geographic region.

Job Duties:
-Drive sales activity of managed print service solutions, A4 printers, and wide format supplies.
-Identify prospects through cold calling and networking in the field
-Perform needs analysis, prepare and present proposals and perform product demonstrations in order to close sales opportunities.
-Transition over sales leads to Account Executives if outside the scope of product line
-Ensure Sales activity is accurately documented in CRM
-Promote corporate events with current and prospective customers
-Analyze the print environments of current and non-current customers and deliver findings
-Partner with Account Executives to present solutions to clients
-Complete and process all orders
-Partner heavily with Team Leads for mentorship and development purposes.
-Ensure positive customer experience; assist with any service issues and follow-up
-Miscellaneous job duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
-Associate degree or equivalent experience, Bachelor's degree preferred
-Able to generate new business leads and convert them to sales opportunities
-Previous sales experience is a plus
-Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
-Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong computer skills
-Self-motivated
-Desire to become a sales professional specializing in business technology solutions
-Ability to lift 25 pounds
