Administer the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) components of Costpoint-Manufacturing, Selling, Manufacturing pool, inventory and requisitions.

Essential Job Functions:

Coordinate Security setup of Costpoint.

Setup and security of Sharepoint manufacturing sections relating to Costpoint.

Creating and maintaining all interfaces to outside systems including WinChill (engineering system) and Passport (inventory system ), Scanner System.

Coordinate the creation, development, and maintain all Cognos reporting relating the MRP.

Setup and maintain the Time charging component of Job Order timekeeping and routing in the Time system plus the daily interface of in process time-sheet's.

Reconcile the labor costs variance of the Work Orders and prepare required adjustments.

Reconcile cost of transferred inventory from order to order and prepare necessary adjustment's.

Inventory control (internal audit).

Maintain Project/Work orders for proper time charging, inventory, and routing.

Account Analysis.

Costpoint Pool setup, maintenance, processing and troubleshooting.

Assist in the management of the Finance webpage.

Assist with other General Accounting requirements as needed.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A Bachelor's Degree plus 10 years of experience is required.

Proficient with Costpoint, Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and Cognos software.  Good communication and analytical skills 

Desired Skills:

Working knowledge of MRP systems, purchasing and receiving. Expert knowledge of Cognos and Excel.
