**Your Impact:**
By joining Jacobs, you'll get the opportunity to work on a team to carefully manage various aspects of projects as well as work to mitigate or eliminate project risks that threaten schedule, budget, safety, or quality. We'd depend on you to act as the primary project interface with the client, designer, contractor, operation staff, and outside agencies/stakeholders for multiple wastewater Treatment projects.
In this role, you'll perform traditional Construction Administration / Resident Engineering functions for process conformance with approved construction documents including but not limited to the project contract, specifications, quality control plan, safety plans, schedule, request for information (RFIs), change orders, pay requests, record drawings, commissioning and contract closeout.
We'll ask you to actively manage and report on the status of the project schedule and budget. Monitor and document contract progress and make recommendations to the client for contractor payments, change orders, and requests for information (RFIs).
You'll conduct site meetings, coordinate and oversee field activities for testing and inspection reviews as well as participate in project decisions regarding technical approaches, cost control, schedule control, change management, risk management and performance.

**Here's What You'll Need:**
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• Substantial professional working experience in construction management/resident engineering of wastewater facilities
• Familiarity with electronic project management software to track and administer the construction contract is preferred
• Working knowledge of construction scheduling
• Adept at interpersonal relationship building, conflict resolution, and participating in diverse teams
• Must be proficient in the use of computer to prepare reports using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Must possess the physical ability to move around an active construction site
• Full time on-site attendance is required
