Automation Architect and Coach

I am working with a Fortune 100 investment firm in need of a senior consultant (preferably with Big-4 experience) to assist multiple development teams transition to a more autonomous environment.  This is a very unique, leadership-based role as you will be reworking the current automation architecture and existing frameworks in addition to coaching each development team.

You will ensure testing for production is happening. As the organization is pivoting away from dedicated QA teams and toward a more DevOps-focused environment.  You will provide oversight to safeguard against slipping on quality, and provide insight regarding best practices as each team transitions to more BDD/Gherkin/SDET work.  The need is for a strong, independent, automation leader.
