Director of Finance & Administration
- Our client is a stable, small non-for-profit organization with over $30 million in funding and they are seeking an Director of Finance & Administration to join their team and support the mission of the organization
- Mission driven organization that helps women achieve college degrees and prepare for career success
- Currently is on a hybrid schedule in their downtown Manhattan office
- An outstanding opportunity for a mission-driven finance and operations professional to advance women's higher education and join a small, highly collaborative, engaged, and student-centered office.

- Managing all Financial entities including AP, grant payments, annual audit, reconciliation's, and presenting financials to the Board
- Managing Human resource records, administering payroll, benefits programs, coordinating the 403B plan
- Managing the grants and contracts database, develop foundation strategies, monitor the grants budgets, and supporting grantee's
- Comfortable picking up reception phone calls, engaging with philanthropy, liaising with building management and facilities - A TEAM PLAYER
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong Excel & Budgeting skills
- Must 'buy in' to their mission
- NFP experience is a plus
