Company is seeking an experienced administrative professional with previous customer service experience to assist with the administrative functions within the office
Shift: Schedule Flexibility required
Pay Rate: $16 - $17 hr.
Duration: Temp to Perm
Cold call HVAC vendors to introduce the company for potential hire as contractors (not sales or commission based)
Follow up with new vendors documentation and ensure new retail site surveys are conducted and results submitted
Update post-construction surveys (after new HVAC units are replaced) in company's proprietary system
Input new stores sites, as necessary and assign them to primary and back-up vendors in the area for service calls within system and vice versa
Previous Administrative Assistant experience and or experience within sales and negotiating
Ability to work independently
Previous Customer Service experience Typing
skills of 30-40 WPM (minimum)
