Accounts Payable Specialist

LaSalle Network is working with a lead company in Itasca that is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with NetSuite experience to join their team ASAP! In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments while supporting our client's finance team during this busy season.

Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:

• Process and verify vendor invoices using NetSuite with a high degree of accuracy
• Conduct timely reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Manage payment runs, including checks, ACH and wire transfers
• Maintain organized records and support month-end closing processes
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address inquiries and provide support

Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:

• Experience in accounts payable or general accounting functions
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Excel is required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
