In this administrative role, you will perform personalized administrative secretarial support including scheduling meetings, organizing travel, tracking information and reporting thus information and supporting diverse projects as needed. Some of the responsibilities will include, are not limited to: - Acting as the point of contact between the executives and external clients - Answering phone calls, taking detailed messages and routing correspondence - Take meeting minutes, if asked - Monitor office supplies - Maintain an efficient documentation and filing system - Maintain relationships with clients, vendors and customers We want to hear from you regarding your interest!
