Properly receive all inbound UPS and FedEx shipments verifying all packages are not damaged and sign for items received. Receive all purchased stock inventory items into SAP. Distribute all non-stock items to their proper locations/departments and/or shelves.
Scan all inbound Interlock equipment into SAP. Verify serial numbers and quantities against the Return/Repair Form submitted with shipment. Scan and save all Return/Repair forms. Move all processed inbound equipment to warehouse shelf. Create a COE for Interlock owned equipment following all COE processes.
Verify that all support items are ready to be pulled and packed. Items will include making equipment support kits, re-stocking all inventory items in the pulling area, re-bagging mouthpieces to correct quantities and re-labeling equipment as necessary.
Pull orders using the sales order Pick Tickets. Package equipment and support items properly and in such a manner as to prevent damage of equipment during transit. Process pick ticket order for shipment using the FedEx Ship Manager and/or UPS World Ship manifest systems. Post pick ticket in SAP. Place packing slip and shipping label on box as required and move/place processed order/box on the respective FedEx or UPS outbound cart.

Prepare Hazmat shipments via UPS or FedEx. Properly label boxes with all required hazmat labels and verify they are secured in such a manner that they will not fall off during transit. Complete all necessary Hazmat documentation and place accordingly on the box.
