Program Control Analyst Job Category: Finance and Accounting Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US What You'll Get to Do: CACI is currently looking for a strong finance and accounting candidate to join our Business Process Services Finance team as a program control analyst for a large, complex and highly visible contract for background investigations. You will work closely with the senior program control analyst for the program, providing financial support as directed. This position allows for remote work and will require you to travel to Northern VA offices approximately 10% of the time. More About the Role: * Responsibilities include various daily monitoring and reporting analysis for labor and costs, ingest and revenue. * Responsibilities also include creating and maintaining monthly and annual forecasts, monitoring actual costs against forecasts and providing variance drivers. * Prepare monthly financials for program's PMR. * Work closely with the project managers, ensuring they are kept well informed of the program's performance. * Other responsibilities may include providing management with various ad hoc requests, modeling scenarios, and cost savings measures around staffing and costs. * You will also be responsible for monthly accruals, invoicing, aged receivables and unbilled balances. You'll Bring These Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years of program finance and accounting experience. * Experience in program finance using financial management software (Hyperion/CAPS, SmartView, COGNOS, Costpoint, MS Query). * Must be comfortable working with large data sets with strong Microsoft Excel skillset (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables). * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and an ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. * Possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot/reprioritize deadlines to ensure accurate and timely deliverables in a fast-paced environment. These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have: * Intermediate Microsoft Excel skillset.
* Organized, detail oriented.
* Effective communicator. * Comfortable presenting financials to upper management.
* Experience working with government contracts.
