Veritude is hiring for a Customer Service Associate at Fidelity Investments in Westlake, TX.
Position Information: - This is a 6 month contract opportunity. - $15 per hour - Monday through Friday / 40hr work week.
A successful Customer Service Associate enjoys helping customers and takes personal responsibility for delivering outstanding customer service. These individuals are the initial point of contact with Fidelity and play a key role in meeting their needs.
Answering In-bound phones calls throughout your shift focused primarily on the following:
Authenticating customer identity and accounts
Responding to customer needs and inquiries while adhering to measurable departmental goals
Providing accurate and timely information
Transferring customers to the appropriate destination for their individual needs
Utilizing effective questioning and active listening
Demonstrating confidence and knowledge
Getting the customer to the correct solution in an efficient manner
Adhering to Fidelity’s policies and procedures and honoring our culture of mutual respect, honesty and integrity
Demonstrate agility and adaptability in a fast paced environment and a desire to take on additional responsibilities
Personal Talents Needed:
Excellent communication skills
Strong aptitude for details and accuracy
Thrives in a results oriented environment
Responds well to feedback and implements suggestions
Motivated by helping people
Takes personal responsibility for punctuality & attendance
Customer service experience preferred
Contact/Call center experience a plus, but not required
Personal computer fluency required: Windows Office and web-based applications experience required
