• Location: Cincinnati, OH (100% Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Communicate the stakeholders business requirements effectively using business process models and work-flow diagrams and documented project plan in accordance with the project management framework standards.
• Provide advanced technical support to the clients during the project phase
• Deliver project management duties for Technical Projects (system application, web-application, software products)
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects of key customer accounts
• Coordinate and/or provide training and technical onsites for customers during the project phase
• Discussing and demonstrating products to potential customers
• Ability to work independently and manage well the duties and schedules for assigned projects
• Ability to interact well with the sales team, especially in communicating project status to all stakeholders, both internal and external to the company
• Organized, punctual, and able to manage multiple demands well while keeping focused
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor/ Masters/ Associate degree
• Familiarity with any project management tool. (Azure Devops- added as an advantage)
• Exposure to technical background in programming languages C#-added as an advantage
