Our Solar Sales Reps are the soul of our company as they create first impressions and drive the sales process from acquisition to post installation follow ups. In this role you will promote and lead generate, qualify and set appointments, conduct presentations on the benefits of switching to solar, and negotiate and finalize sales.

We are looking for passionate and self motivated sales candidates to join our team. Candidates should be extremely great at talking to people, have had at least 3 years of sales experience (whether it be car sales, inside and outside sales, home sales, etc), and experience negotiating and closing large contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing the best customer service experience and utmost professionalism at all times
  • Conducting in person sales presentations educating potential customers on the benefits of switching to solar energy
  • Helping customers choose the right products and services based on their needs and budget
  • Some warm leads provided, but also some lead generating in residential areas, qualifying leads, and setting appointments
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process, explaining contracts, negotiating and closing sales
  • Having a passion for solar and renewable energy
  • Participate in team meetings and training to maintain skills and continuously learn
  • Hit individual and team goals

Benefits:

  • $45k annual base salary, plus commission = $80k annually
  • Full benefits after 90 days: Health, vision, dental, life, 401k, PLUS company stock options

Requirements:

  • Extremely friendly and outgoing personality
  • Must have around 3 years of sales experience: (auto sales, insurance sales, canvassing, inside and outside sales etc.)
  • Should have experience negotiating and closing large contracts
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license/clean driving record required
  • Must be comfortable lead generating in residential areas
  • Must be able to work under little supervision, and be motivated to maintain goals
  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard software applications
  • Excellent organizational skills

Salary: $45k base salary
