Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Administrative Customer Support for a client in Frederick MD. This is a temp-to-hire role with a starting salary of $17-19/hr.
The Project Manager is responsible for handling all day to day communications between the customer, sales, in-plant production, and external vendors and service providers. Individuals in this position also oversee and coordinate the facilitation of work orders to the plant for production purposes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts and sales for designated accounts
- Review, evaluate, plan and manage projects through all aspects of production
- Maintain project data
- Produce purchase orders for the procurement of outside services
- Perform pre-billing functions
- Act as internal customer advocate
- All other duties as assigned

Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
5+ years work experience in customer service and/or administrative roles
Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds
