Cinema Business Development Sr Manager I (326568) Management Support, Regular Full-Time, Travel Required 50% # Samsung Electronics America _,Ridgefield Park New Jersey_ Jan 9, 2018 # General Description North America Display Office is seeking a talented individual with strong technical expertise to support the increase of sales of B2B display products, including Cinema LED, Indoor LED and Samsung Digital Signage Solutions, by providing business development support. The successful candidate must be passionate about Cinema industry, Samsung Cinema LED solutions, and the Digital Signage, and associated services

Duties and Responsibilities:


• Responsible for expanding the customer base for Samsung Cinema LED, and cultivating new Samsung Cinema LED customers and channel partners to achieve associated revenue growth targets.
• Actively identify new partners and customer opportunities.
• Lead and develop strategies for maximizing business with Cinema industry customers and the Channel Partners
• Provide recommendations and analysis to the Executive Management Team, HQ Cinema LED product teams, and the regional sales management on Samsung Cinema LED business development and performance.
• Liaise with key industry partners for Samsung Cinema LED and Digital Sigange and provide proactive market intelligence to HQ
• Author whitepapers on Cinema LED
• Competition tracking and analysis in Cinema industry
• Educate and inform partners and customers with the current knowledge of Samsung Cinema LED technology
• Collaborate with HQ teams and global partners in managing global and US-based client opportunities, ensuring that client needs are carefully understood and met as appropriate through our global LED product strategy. This may involve channeling requirements through HQ and regional sales team.
• Frequent domestic/international travel required 50% of time
• Candidate must be willing to work frequent additional hours beyond normal schedule in conjunction with Samsung teams located in Korea.
• Must submit detailed weekly and quarterly business development activities # Necessary Skills / Attributes
• 10—15 years in Cinema Industry
• 5
• years of experience in Business Development or Sales
• Technical background and interest in IT, Digital Signage and/or Display industry
• Excellent presentation, people, communication (both in oral and written) skills
• Proactive, flexible and adaptable personality
