Title: Sr. Tax Manager/Director


Location: New York, NY / Short Hills, NJ


Type: Direct hire


Job Requirements:



  1. Work directly with state auditors to resolve client audit issues

  2. Research technical state tax issues and document conclusions with detailed memorandum

  3. Work directly with clients to address state tax issues

  4. CPA and/or JD

  5. Minimum 10-15 years multistate state and local tax experience

  6. Advanced knowledge of sales/use tax and income/franchise tax

  7. State and local tax controversy experience
