• Senior procurement professional leader
• Conducts contract negotiation and administration of subcontracts and consulting agreements
• Analyzes estimates of service, material, equipment, production, and other costs
• Reviews performance requirements ensuring subcontract is in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements, customer specification and government regulations
• Issues contract and financial program documents
• Structures contractual terms to reflect company business strategy
• Initiates internal documentation to authorize and direct work in accordance with contractual specifications
• Monitors subcontractor performance on contractual obligations
• Coordinates with project managers and project administrators to forecast and plan subcontracts
• Processes pre-award approvals
• Provides metric and visibility for managers and executives
• Acts as local office procurement focal point for corporate headquarters
• Interfaces with Customer Government Administrator Contracting Offices and Auditors
• Assists in collecting, compiling, and reporting procurement metrics
• Participates in continuous teamwork, open communication, fostering positive interpersonal relationships, and alignment of behavior with Company mission, values, and goals
