Front Desk Administrator - Uptown Dallas
Delta Dallas is currently representing a well-respected interior design firm in Uptown Dallas in its search for a Corporate Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator. The role requires an extreme attention to detail; the company’s lobby is considered marketing material for potential new clients visiting the offices for the first time – it must be pristine at all times. The Corporate Receptionist will also have an upbeat, welcoming personality, ready to welcome everyone with a smile and a “Hello!” no matter what projects are pressing at the time.
Primary responsibilities will include:
** Answer main phone line in a professional, clear and concise manner
** Meet and greet clients, visiting employees and vendors, extending “White Glove” service at all times, including offering beverages
** Maintain tidiness of office lobby, work station, kitchen, conference and copy rooms
** Manage conference and multi-purpose meeting room schedules
** Support teams with administrative projects, including presentations, basic reporting and internal/external communications
** Maintains staff check in/out system
** Manages all incoming/outgoing mail, courier services and package delivery
** Maintains inventory of office supplies, including postage meter
** Manages and maintains all office equipment
** Maintains company leave/PTO calendar, employee contact lists and industry magazine subscriptions
** Provides support to senior administrative team as requested
** Minimum three years’ administrative experience in a professional/corporate setting
** Strong administrative skills, including above average skills within the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
** Friendly, warm and outgoing personality; positive attitude
** Ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external clientele
** Extreme reliability – ability to work daily from 8:00-5:00 with no restrictions
** Ability to work as a team with other administrative professionals
