Belmont Northeast, located in northeast Philadelphia, is about 15 miles away from the main Belmont Behavioral Hospital campus. Belmont Northeast is a community-based program that provides a range of services to adults with mental health needs.
We are currently seeking a full time, Clinical Supervisor/Psychotherapist III, at Belmont Northeast.
The Clinical Supervisor/Psychotherapist III, will be the clinical point of contact for all programming at Belmont Northeast including acute partial, subacute partial, IOP, and outpatient. Will oversee the casework and professional development of staff with the goal of providing the highest quality of healthcare services. Will be expected to provide supervision to clinical staff at various frequencies. This position will also provide direct patient care including but not limited to IOP group programming. Will report to ED, Outpatient.The incumbent incorporates Belmont’s values and represents Belmont Northeast and Belmont Behavioral Hospital in a professional, organized and informed manner.
This position requires providing service to the following age population(s) 18 and older in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.
This position requires:
- Master’s degree in Social Work required.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) therapist required.
- 5 years of clinical experience required.
- Group Therapy experience required.
- Strong background in DBT required.
- Experience in various levels of Outpatient care preferred.
