Kforce has a client in search of an IT Support Specialist in Miami, Florida (FL). The candidate must be ok with working at either Miami office.
This is a mixed role of phone and desktop and Windows upgrades. In between they will be doing help desk and desktop. The candidate will be a 2nd level technician, part of the service desk. They will have to have great communication.
- ITIL background
- ServiceNow experience
- Windows work station
- Able to install apps; financial experience a plus because they know financial apps
- Experience is big; our client wants proven tenure
