Counter Threat Finance Planner I

PAE seeks Counter-Threat Finance (CTF) Planners (Subject Matter Experts Level I Analysts) for a potential Department of Defense Support project across various areas of responsibility around the world, to include: South America, Indo-Pacific Region, Central America, Europe, Africa and Middle East.

Finance-specific planning experience working with Interagency Partners.  Experience using the DoD Joint Planning Process, to include supporting interagency operations, to support national efforts to counter threat networks.  Planners shall possess experience working with financial and economic elements of national power, to include the unique authorities provided by each Threat Finance Community participant. Additional certification, such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) is preferred.

Individuals shall be able to show a level of expertise equivalent to a journeyman level of skill in areas such as finance, policy formulation, acquisition, security, etc. In all cases, the specialized knowledge and experience shall directly support the technical requirements of this contract.


  • Either: (1) High School Graduate or G.E.D. with five (5) years of specialized experience in the required area of expertise; or (2) Bachelor's degree from a 4-yr college or university accredited by a body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
  • At least three (3) years of specialized experience in the required area of expertise.
  • Top Secret Security Clearance
  • Ability to live or work in austere or unfamiliar environments
