Are you a Mechanical or Design Engineer with solid designing skills and an urge to be part of Engineering Tomorrow?

This is your opportunity to be part of a global innovative team with highly skilled engineers. In our endeavour to maintain our position as No. 1 supplier of Hydraulic Motors in the world, we are searching for an engineer who can maintain and develop our future orbital hydraulic motors.

Our Designing team consists of engineers placed in Denmark, Poland, China and the US. This job is in Hopkinsville KY at our production facility for North America.

Make our customers’ machines better
The development projects will be driven by the general market trends or requests from leading OEM customers for state-of-the-art solutions. You will take responsibility of your tasks and manage them in collaboration with global cross-functional teams to seek the best solutions regarding functionality, performance and cost.

The main responsibilities of our new colleague include:
  • Converting market needs into product solutions
  • Executing and influencing project plans
  • Ensuring technical documentation accordingly to quality standards including lab- and application testing
  • Support Implementation within the entire supply chain, which requires communication skills cross regions and departments
  • implement new ideas and technologies
  • Advanced problem-solving
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or strong interest in mechanical design and fluid mechanics. Masters preferred.
  • 5+ years of industry related experience in Hydraulics.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical designs and advanced skills in CAD/CAE.
  • Experience demonstrating designing for manufacturing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high quality, deadline driven environment.
  • Experience with all facets of building and executing successful testing of the products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
  • Global mindset and excellent communication skills to efficiently communicate across all levels in the organization.
  • Good time management and project management skills to organize and plan effectively in developing effective systems and processes.
