The Client Service Assistant is expected to make a direct impact to the business by providing administrative support in onboarding clients, handling client correspondence and managing client data entry duties, in support of the Client Service team.

•Primarily supports the Client Service Specialist team in assisting with the administrative duties of onboarding new clients: scanning of documents and forms, creating internal workflows and following up on outstanding items requiring attention
•Provide superior internal service by anticipating needs, managing expectations and delivering quality results in a timely manner
•Correspondence: proofread, edit and send correspondence, including mail merge documents using existing templates, and creating new ones. Expert MS-Word skills required
•Primary point person in the creation and monitoring of electronic signature documents
•Utilize custodian system to deposit checks
•Review daily reports and alerts to ensure data integrity
•Monitor and process outgoing and incoming mail; internal team mail distribution.
•Work with CRM client database, including data entry.
•Perform monthly reconciliation of custodian statements with internal portfolio accounting system
•Participate in quarterly and annual reporting processes
•Other duties and projects as assigned
