Keller Foundations, LLC is the parent company of leading specialty construction companies across North America. We are part of the leading international ground engineering firm, Keller Group, PLC based in the UK.

We are seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to work in our Coprorate office in Hanover, MD. The Learning & Development Coordinator is responsible for planning and supporting various training programs (classroom and e-learning offerings) and events across North America.


  • Assist in the scheduling and planning of training programs, which may include:
    • Source and manage logistics (rooms, AV, catering, social events) with external venues
    • Register class participants and coordinate travel arrangements
    • Prepare and ship training materials
    • Manage pre-work and post-work assignments / evaluations; post items and engage participants on virtual platforms
    • Schedule briefing calls with participants and presenters
    • Coordinate with internal and external facilitators
    • Attend program to act as liaison with external venue
  • Perform administrative functions in the Keller Learning Management System (LMS)
    • Enroll participants and mark completions for classroom training
    • Assign e-learning modules to learners
    • Enter staff training records or external certifications
    • Prepare monthly reporting on course completions and certificate expiry; other reports as needed
  • Assist in the sourcing of external content and new learning delivery methods (VR/AR)
  • Assume other administrative duties for the L&D (and broader HR) team where necessary


  • BA preferred, not required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience working with a LMS, Sharepoint or digital publishing softwares preferred
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented; a 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize / problem solve in an often-evolving environment
  • Attention to detail and organization with a mindset for continuous improvement
  • Ability to effectively communicate with management, staff, and suppliers while demonstrating sound judgment/ reasoning skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel required (25% of year)
