Location: REMOTE
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Systems Administrator that will be providing day-to-day support and basic administration for clients in a Windows Server & Office 365 environment. They will act as a tier 2 escalation point for issues & troubleshooting and be able to resolve most technical issues not requiring a systems engineer. You will be responsible for resolving helpdesk tickets as well as remote monitoring, maintenance, and reporting on remote customer computer systems. They will also make sure that VPNs, WAN/Routers, gateways, etc. are functioning properly

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 3+ yrs Helpdesk experience with excellent customer service
  • Experience supporting Microsoft windows environments as a tier 2 escalation point
  • Proven administration ability in Windows Server & Active directory as well as Office 365
  • Experience with Intel-based desktops & laptops, with working knowledge of setup, hardware, and replacements.
  • Ability to support Tier 2 tickets for Server, PC, LAN, and Wan Systems & do Ad-hoc troubleshooting- ideally will have supported Cisco, SonicWALL & Linksys devices in a small business setting
  • Strong understanding of IP networking and components
