Social Media Manager will be responsible for all aspects of social media channels. Must be creative and knowledgeable in content and marketing working along side all departments to get brand awareness out to the consumer. Must be project and detailed orientated.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement a social media plan. Analyze long-term needs of company's social media strategy and offer necessary changes to digital marketing plan. Responsible for gathering and analyzing data, finding in-sites and using them to plan content Develop strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement. Plan and oversee all paid social campaigns. Engage with brand followers and fans on social channels. Stay informed about trends and various tools in social media, marketing and brand awareness. Create engaging multimedia content. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily. Check to see if followers and fans are leaving message or asking questions and make sure they are responded to daily. Monitor customer reviews and respond appropriately. Create methods for finding and saving online customer reviews. Develop and manage ad campaigns that promote the organization and brand. Monitor all social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users. Collaborate with other teams including but not limited to: marketing, sales, outside marketing partners and customer service to ensure brand consistency. Become SME on all aspects of social media. Form relationships with influencers in other media forms. Work with others to create interesting and engaging programs. Analyze Google analytics and report on performance of social media platforms. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics, understand the analytic and the impact to everything we do. Create an 'over-all' view of consumer information. Oversee social media accounts' design. Planning and organizing content. Research and stay on top of trends in their industry. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness such as promotions and competitions. Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns. Compile and present statistics to marketing and sales department.
Bachelor Degree with emphasis in Marketing and Communication 5 years experience
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills: Computer literate Analytical SEO experience
Experience: 4-7 years
Qualifications: Bachelor degree in marketing/communications Social Media experience
