Responsibilities

Financial Support Specialists must effectively communicate with partners, utilize critical thinking skills, and resolve partner servicing issues at all stages.

  • Application entry, manage advisories/notification and vendor set up
  • Document preparation, coordination with Legal & document template reviews
  • Entering and validating transactional data into appropriate system(s) - including but not limited to - Customer Information/Validation, Pricing,
  • Asset-level information, Invoice charges, and Vendor Payable information
  • Verifying key customer and transactional data is complete and accurate
  • Obtain final approval for Booking & Funding prior to payments being released
  • Ensure all Booking SLA's are met
  • Relationship and Control Management
  • Responsible for all vendor partner servicing/invoicing questions throughout the life cycle of the transaction
  • Being the daily point of contact for vendor partners and CIT sales representatives
  • Quality Assurance and Quality Compliance reviews
  • Adherence to established policies & procedures


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years leasing experience preferred
  • College Degree preferred
  • Relationship building experience
  • Experience working in a changing business environment
  • Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office, understand of business systems and processes
  • Dedicated, proactive, critical thinker and problem solver (identify actions and address problems)
  • Efficient; strong organizational skills to plan, prioritize and work effectively
  • Ability to quickly evaluate a situation to find the best solution for client and CIT; shows initiative
  • Detail oriented; ability to multi-task in fast pace environment
  • Ability to perform lease/finance calculations needed to structure transactions appropriately
  • Exceptional communication skills: Verbal and Written
  • Strong relationship management skills and customer-centric mindset required
  • Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
