Responsibilities for this Benefits Specialist job include, but are not limited to:
The primary responsibilities are to verify insurance coverage for both new and existing patients in order to process patient prescription orders in a timely manner while demonstrating excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals and insurance carriers.

Qualifications for this Benefits Specialist job:
6+ months of experience with medical insurance, benefits verification, medical billing or a related field.
1+ years of experience in a Windows based computer utilizing Microsoft Offices.
 
Qualifications for this Benefits Specialist job:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Microsoft office, typing 45 wpm entry level excel
• Organized
• Pleasant Demeanor
