U.S. Bank is seeking an accomplished IT leader to lead a team contributing toward the success of our technology initiatives.
Manages and provides direction to highly skilled Mac engineering staff to achieve department and company goals.
Responsible for the day-to-day activities relating to the engineering of Apple Macs in a complex, multi-platform environment.
Demonstrates strong leadership, initiative, resourcefulness, integrity and decision making skills.
Demonstrates the sense of urgency and commitment required for managing a 24/7 operation.
Ensures standards are set for Mac environment, maintenance, software deployments and operations.
Meets with subordinates to review progress of work, resolve problems, and ensure standards of quality and quantity of work are met.
Provides management direction and scheduling to meet established goals.
Evaluates performance of assigned personnel.
Makes recommendations regarding promotions, salary, and other personnel actions.
Maintains a good understanding of business line functions, needs, and changes.
Makes recommendations regarding hires, transfers, terminations, salary adjustments, performance standards, and reviews.
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
-At least 9 years experience with a data center operating environment, day-to-day operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment.
-Experience with leading an Apple Mac team responsible for engineering and software deployment.
-IT project management
-Application delivery and system management (ideally using JAMF)
-ITIL service delivery

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $108,545.00 - $127,700.00 - $140,470.00
