RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is working with a client in Mequon, WI seeking a temporary Payroll Specialist position. This will be a hybrid role - onsite and remote. Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist:
  • Payroll Specialist will handle time consuming payroll
  • Record keeping- manual process for warehouse
  • Weekly payroll for hourly employees- 1000 employees
  • Payroll Specialist handles salary- biweekly, semi monthly
  • Quarterly payroll for executives and bonus payouts
  • WI, OH and IL payroll
  • Garnishments, 941's make sure they're accurate before processed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma with 3 plus years of experience
  • High volume payroll experience
  • ADP and workday experience a plus
  • Multistate experience is a must to know rules/regulations
  • Strong communication
