About The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in prospecting and building a qualified pipeline using an account-based sales model.

What excites you:

  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement account-based sales (ABS) strategies, building a qualified pipeline, and ensuring smooth coordination and handoff of leads.
  • Building sales pipelines through outbound calls, emails, and creative social campaigns to secure new meetings for the Enterprise Sales team, delivering a high-quality experience for prospects.
  • Developing relationships with prospects through regular communication, engaging conversations, and providing valuable insights through market intelligence.
  • Acting as a key resource to respond effectively to pre-sales questions from prospects and internal stakeholders, driving momentum in the sales process.
  • Working closely with the sales operations team to maintain accurate data and ensure continuous pipeline management.
  • Leveraging AI to increase efficiency, staying informed on industry trends, and consistently improving processes.

  • A proven, high-performing BDR with 3+ years of experience in tech sales, utilizing account-based sales strategies to optimize pipelines.
  • A proactive self-starter who is motivated to enhance our 'speed-to-lead' and engage prospects quickly.
  • Passionate about technology, particularly using AI tools like ChatGPT to boost productivity and effectiveness.
  • Experienced with tools like Salesforce, Apollo, and 6Sense, and able to maximize their capabilities.
  • Organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of the importance of data accuracy in CRM systems.
  • An excellent communicator, with strong written and verbal skills.
