Your responsibilities as the Human Resources (HR) Administrative Assistant:

- Process payroll (exempt and non-exempt)
- Assist HR with various administrative duties
- Organize word processors, files, and faxes
- File disability and worker's comp claims as directed
- Other related duties as assigned
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience processing payroll using ADP Workforce Now is a MUST
- 3-5 years of experience working in Human Resources
- 1+ years of experience processing payroll
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, NJFLA, NJFLI, and WC guidelines and laws
- Knowledgeable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
- Microsoft Excel experience desired
- Proficiency using all Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks
