Cabin Lavatory-Water
- Safe Operation of any vehicle around aircraft in an Airport Ramp Environment
- Use of personal protective equipment, including a face shield & hearing protection
- Ability to comprehend and execute safe procedures concerning blood-borne pathogens and universal precaution controls
- Use lavatory and sanitary water equipment to safety empty, flush and fill aircraft systems according to airline and regulatory requirements
- Follow all local environmental procedures in emptying waste trucks and fueling same in designated areas
- Complete Daily Equipment Checks and associated checklists
- Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at job location
- Exceed Delta customer service and safety standards
- Carry out other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION, LICENSE, and/or CERTIFICATION
- High School Diploma required or equivalent
EXPERIENCE and/or KNOWLEDGE
- 1+ year cleaning, janitorial, aviation or relevant work experience
SKILL and/or ABILITIES
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must be flexible with scheduling and able to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass a required pre-employment drug screen and 10-year background check
- Excellent interpersonal and strong work etiquette
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be punctual & dependable
- Willing to work in a time-sensitive and fast-paced environment
- Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed
