In this role, it will be critical for you to plan and direct all accounting operational functions, handle the accumulation and consolidation of financial data for internal and external financial statements, evaluate accounting and internal control systems, and lead departmental staff. This position is for candidates who can lead with integrity and reliability and have the ability to manage self and others with urgency, practicality and accountability when providing client services. The Controller position is a full-time opportunity in the Atlanta, Georgia region. Your responsibilities in this role - Occasionally perform duties beyond formal job responsibilities - Manage the production of the yearly budget and forecasts and monitor them monthly - Work closely with executive team and partners to ensure efficient and successful firm-wide operation - Guide all operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, billings collections, and payroll - Perform tasks associated with month-end and year-end close of income statement and balance sheet, account reconciliations G/L analysis - Ensure timely cash collection by driving the timing for monthly billing and other cash management techniques - Prepare cash-flow reports that project cash needs at weekly and monthly intervals, and handle daily cash management - Inspect deliverables of self and team to ensure that they meet client expectations - Give executive committee and partners monthly financial reports - Assess, execute and streamline policies, procedures, controls and most methodologies -Send resumes to Luv Mirani at [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]

Job Requirements

- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including as a Healthcare Accounting Professional preferred - Excellent technology, analytics and management experience required - Vow to meet business deadlines - Demonstrated analytical abilities, tendency to quickly connect dots and surmise logical outcomes - Strong attention to detail - Experience working in a dynamic and changing Healthcare company environment a plus - Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills - Journal entries experience - Prior experience in a public accounting environment is highly valued - Outstanding communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations - BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business related field - Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills -Send resumes to Luv Mirani at [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]
