RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client, a rapid growth, self-funding and profitable technology company in New York, NY is looking for a Senior Accountant. Summary: The client is looking for an Accounting Leader who is going to take ownership of their finance and accounting department. This company has a very fun culture and treats its people extremely well. You would report directly to their fantastic CEO. Duties will include:

• Manage monthly and quarterly closing of each entity and produce monthly financial reporting for each entity with consolidated reporting (P/L and Balance Sheet)
• Build and apply standard methodologies to accounting & financial operations and help automate and streamline all financial processes
• Keep accurate daily data entry & bank reconciliations of multiple entities
• Maintain accurate general ledgers
• Manage multiple global entities
• Understand GAAP accounting and maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures; Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements * Maintain and handle transfer pricing policy and regulations * Manage transactions involving multi-currency, reclaimable VAT and taxes
