Job Requirements:

Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, IT or a related field and 4+ years of experience working in email and web development, with high-volume web/email experience.
• Mastery of HTML/CSS.
• Working knowledge with email marketing tools and analytics platforms. Demonstrated ability to analyze and understand data.
• Experience with enterprise ESP platform required; Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud preferred – Journey Optimizer, Experience Platform, and Journey Analytics.
• Ability to understand and execute creative HTML solutions for ambiguous problems.
• Strong understanding of API development and integration possibilities in the consumer marketing space.
• Experience with major CMS platforms, such as Adobe Experience Manager.
• Experience slicing, optimizing, and exporting graphics.
• Able to manage time and juggle competing priorities to execute high-quality deliverables.
• Experience working closely and developing relationships with Creative, UX, and IT partners and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
